ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH WORKSHOPS
Beyond my therapy and counselling services, I offer interactive workshops designed to bridge the gap between psychological theory and everyday life. These sessions provide a collaborative space, awareness and insights on a specific topic in a focused, group environment. I offer bespoke workshops, but some of the topics I have covered in the past are:
CBT-based course addressing the challenges in the music industry: Learning a toolkit to navigating the unique pressures of the industry, including performance anxiety, touring exhaustion, irregular schedules, and work-life balance.
