ABOUT INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Whether we meet online or in person in Glasgow city centre, my goal is to help you approach life’s hurdles differently. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, we’ll work side-by-side to understand what is keeping you stuck. We will address how your mind and body are connected, and I will help you to find new ways of coping with challenges with more ease and confidence.
